Didn't get your records?

If the deadline has passed, start with a short follow-up letter. For a condominium, you can also complain to the state's Division of Florida Condominiums. We draft both from your answers; you review, sign and send them yourself.

Everything here is built in your browser. We don't store what you type, and we never file anything for you. General information, not legal advice; consider having a Florida attorney review a complaint before you send it. Back to the request tool · Privacy

The issues section sticks to facts. If you want to add what you believe and why, write it here in your own words. It is printed separately under "Complainant's position".

1. Follow-up letter to the association (send this first)

2. Complaint to the Division

Print the Division's Condominium / Cooperative Complaint form, copy these answers in, attach the "Issues" pages and your exhibits, sign, and mail it to: Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32399-1030. Your complaint and attachments become public records, and the Division can't keep you anonymous.
