Who is asking?
I own the unit or lot
I'm asking for an owner (real estate agent, attorney, property manager or other representative)
The owner signs a short authorization, which you attach to the letter; we write both. A buyer's agent needs the seller's signed authorization, because the buyer isn't a member of the association yet.
